The latest rankings of The Ring Magazine, considered as the most authoritative publication and generally accepted Bible of Boxing, listed Manny Pacquiao and Nonito Donaire in the top ten boxers of the world pound-for-pound. Pacquiao is still the number one boxer in the popular listing while Donaire is listed at number four. The Ring recorded Pacquiao’s address as General Santos City, Philippines but he is now the Representative of Sarangani Province in the Lower House. Read More >>>
